These roles lay the creative and narrative foundation for every video, transforming concepts into visual and written blueprints.
Script Writing
You write compelling stories from concept to final output. You will be responsible for the narrative of every video.
Storyboarding
You take control - the vision becomes the first reality, translating the script into visual panels.
🎨 Production - Execution
This is where the actual visuals are created, from initial sketches and movement to final line art, color, and backgrounds.
Rough Animation / Animating
Bring the vision to life with early-motion sketches and full animation frames to create a solid foundation of movement.
Line Artist (Clean-up)
Transform the rough animation into polished, consistent, and clean final line art, ready for coloring.
Color & Shading
Apply the final color palettes and dynamic lighting/shading to characters and props, setting the visual mood.
Backgrounding Artist
Create the immersive environments and backdrops for every scene, from concept to final painted asset.
✂️ Post-Production - Assembly
These roles combine all the assets (art, sound, animation) into the final, polished, and ready-to-publish video.
VFX & Compiling (Compositor)
Add visual effects (e.g., fire, smoke, glows) and assemble all animated layers and backgrounds into the final shot.
